What is quantity surveying?
Quantity surveying is the fusion and application of scientific, financial and legal knowledge in the construction industry. In any building project cost is the indicator of success, but it is equally constraining when it is not controlled. Quantity surveyors are qualified professionals who estimate, control and reconcile the costs before, during and after a project.

 The practice was formed in 1997 resulting from a merger between two experienced practices; Frikkie Jordaan Quantity Surveyor and Ian Oosthuysen Quantity Surveyor.
